Maynilad, the private water concessionaire for the West Zone of the Greater Manila Area, recently won a Philippine Quill Award of Merit for its “Dumadaloy ang Ginhawa” advertising campaign.
The theme “Dumadaloy ang Ginhawa” encapsulates Maynilad’s promise and mandate to improve the quality of life of its customers by providing clean, reliable and affordable water. In a series of radio advertisements, Maynilad featured Dong, its friendly Zone Specialist, and his conversations with various Maynilad customers to communicate the service improvements and renewed commitment of the new Maynilad owners. Thematic print ads demonstrating the positive changes in the West Zone were also part of the campaign.
Maynilad’s “Dumadaloy ang Ginhawa” entry won at the Communication Creative Division, Advertising category (Conventional Media). The Philippine Quill Awards recognizes the most effective and most innovative communication initiatives in the country.
