West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) president and CEO, Ricky Vargas, personally visited the provinces of Leyte and Samar to help families stricken by super typhoon Yolanda. During the executive’s visit, Mr. Vargas taught and demonstrated to the barangay captains and city officers how to install the water filtration system, stressing its importance in providing communities with clean and potable water.
“Having experienced first-hand the living conditions in these communities made me realize that there is still much work to be done. We in Maynilad are committed to continuously provide sustainable solutions to help our affected fellowmen in Visayas have access to clean and potable water,” said Maynilad president and CEO Ricky Vargas.
