The Enterprise Mobility Exchange is a forum for companies that invest in mobile technology to drive improved customer experience, workforce productivity and operational efficiency. Some 50 senior leaders from corporations across the Asia Pacific will come together for the event.
Besides taking part in developing the content for this year’s Exchange, the Maynilad executive will also join a respected lineup of speakers from various industries. Castillo will discuss his work in setting a coordinated mobility strategy at Maynilad so other companies can benchmark from his experiences.
Maynilad is currently rolling out a new IT system that will allow for more accurate data capture and reporting, improved data storage capabilities, and enhanced efficiencies in business processes. Once complete, this system reconfiguration will automate more tasks, reduce paper use, and provide easier access to data, among other benefits.
Ultimately, these enhancements will enable Maynilad employees to become more effective at their work so the company’s customers can receive better services.
