West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) brought home five distinctions at the 21st Philippine Quill Awards, the country’s premier awards program for business communication organized by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines.
Leading the company’s wins is the Excellence Award for “Leak Warriors: Mobilizing Maynilad Employees for Water Recovery” under the Employee Engagement category, which highlighted how the company empowered its own workforce to help curb water losses—a critical challenge in the sector.
Maynilad also earned several Merit Awards for programs that strengthened employee engagement, customer connection, and community awareness. Its campaign “Makialam, Makiisa, Magmalasakit: Rallying the Maynilad Organization Towards 88.3%” was recognized for fostering unity and shared accountability among employees.
