The management of Maynilad Water Services, Inc. and the officers of the Maynilad Water Supervisors Association (MWSA) have successfully negotiated the unresolved provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement 2009-2010, which covers the company’s 240 supervisors.
Appearing today (February 5) before the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), the two parties reached a mutually beneficial arrangement that will allow the water company to proceed with its daily operations without any threat of work disruption.
