When the biggest names in the Philippine communication industry headed to Subic for the 21st Ad Congress, the long drive to Subic became a little bit easier with free Maynilad bottled water quenching their thirst.
Maynilad, the private water concessionaire for the West Zone of the Greater Manila Area, collaborated with the Manila North Tollways Corporation to provide a VIP Lounge for the Ad Congress delegates. Situated at the Petron-Lakeshore office in Mexico, Pampanga, the VIP Lounge was the last oasis for the delegates before the long drive to Subic. The said Petron station is the last gasoline station along the NLEX northbound route, before hitting the long stretch of the SCTEX, which has no fuel station, restrooms, or convenience stores.
“We are happy to provide Ad Congress delegates with safe, reliable and potable water from Maynilad.” said Cherubim G. Ocampo, Head of Corporate Affairs and Public Relations department.
The Ad Congress VIP Lounge is an airconditioned facility with complimentary drinking water, brewed coffee, light snacks and newspapers and magazines for the Ad Congress delegates. An information desk was also readied for delegates who wish to inquire about the Congress\’ schedule of activities, hotel bookings, and other Subic destinations.
