Due to the enhanced community quarantine that is currently being implemented in Luzon, Maynilad has temporarily suspended meter reading and onsite billing activities. This is also to avoid the possible spread of COVID-19, and thus ensure the safety of our customers and service providers. Consequently, the next water bill that we will be issuing to our customers will be estimated based on their average water consumption over the past three months, as approved by the MWSS Regulatory Office (per MWSS RO-OPP-052-03). Corrections will just be applied to subsequent bills once we are able to again deploy our service providers to conduct actual meter reading.
