MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Processes contractor’s billings (e.g. All-Works, Massive Meter Replacement, and Non-Revenue Water) and conducts random assessment on site with Technical Management and Zone Management
2. Creates Maintenance Order (MO) and generation of Materials Request Slip (MRS) for materials withdrawal of technical, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) and contractor teams
3. Prepares and processes requests for payment (RFP)
4. Prepares liquidation/reimbursement of revolving fund/ petty cash fund
5. Coordinates repair, maintenance, and disposal of various equipment with the appropriate departments
6. Conducts facility inspection
7. Assists in securing, and submits required documents for government-issued permits
8. Monitors inventory of office and medical supplies, and facilitates stock replenishment and return of expired supplies
9. Facilitates transmittal of retrieved/dismounted water meters for disposal and testing
10. Provides administrative support (i.e. liaison services, maintenance and filing of personnel records) to other Business Area units
11. Learns, understands and ensures compliance with the provisions of the training policy
12. Processes all non-training related employee travel requests, including but not limited to sending out requests for quotation from travel agencies, computation of travel allowances, assistance for visa processing, etc. Ensures that the most prudent, efficient and reasonable travel arrangements are provided to travelling employees
13. Uploads employee work schedule
14. Assists in the implementation of employee programs, policies and procedures
15. Assists in the preparation of regular and special reports as desired; assists in the preparation of presentation materials
16. Performs roles and responsibilities as On-site Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Document Records Custodian (DRC)
17. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES
Graduate of any four (4) year course (preferably any business-related/engineering course)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably with relevant work experience
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Preferably with Professional Driver’s License (Manual Transmission)
