WATER SERVICE ADVISORY
as of 8 p.m., August 9, 2012

Beginning 10 a.m. on Friday, August 10, water supply in the following areas will return to normal as a result of our increased water production:

1. Quirino-Roosevelt
2. Fairview-Commonwealth
3. Caloocan (portions)
4. Malabon (portions)
5. Navotas (portions)
6. Manila (portions)
7. Makati (portions)
8. Pasay (portions)
9. Paranaque (portions)

However, our customers should expect water discoloration and/or some sediments in their water supply because of the continuing high turbidity level of our raw water from Angat Dam. To help reduce the sediments, our customers may put a clean cloth over their faucets or let the water stand in a container for a few hours before using the water.

We would like to assure our customers that our water remains safe for domestic use, as it meets the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water of the Department of Health.

Should our customers have further concerns, they may contact our Maynilad Hotline 1626 or our Emergency Hotlines (981-3459 to 3461).

We thank our customers for bearing with us the past few days as we try to address the effects of the heavy monsoon rains on the quality of our raw water supply.
