Maynilad upgrades pipe network in Manila

Water concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) will upgrade its pipe network in Manila by decommissioning an old 400mm pipe along Taft Avenue, corner Estrada in Manila. This activity is expected to benefit Maynilad customers, specifically to improve water pressure in parts of Manila aside from efficiently managing the water supply in the West zone. The service improvement project will take place on August 2, 10p.m. until 6a.m. of August 3, and interrupt water services in areas bounded by Mabini, Quirino Avenue, Adriatico, Leveriza, F. Reyes, Noli, Taft and along P. Ocampo St. in Manila. Maynilad is advising customers in these areas to store enough water for the duration of the service improvement project.
