Maynilad to repair leaky pipe in Manila

| Water concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) will repair a leaking 750mm pipe along Maria Clara near AH Lacson in Manila. The repair activity is expected to prevent further loss of water, improve water pressure in parts of Manila, avoid water contamination, and help manage the water supply in the West zone efficiently. The service improvement project will take place on July 16, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. of July 17, and interrupt water services in Brgys. 311, 315-325, 337-343, 349-352, 363, 462-472, and areas bounded by Lacson, España, A. Mendoza, Rizal Avenue, Tayuman, Felix Huertas, and Old Antipolo – Algeciras & Dimasalang (including SM San Lazaro & UST) in Manila. Maynilad is advising customers in these areas to store enough water for the duration of the service improvement project.
