Maynilad upgrades pipe network in Caloocan and Navotas

| Water concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) will upgrade its pipe network in Caloocan City by replacing old butterfly valves along A. Mabini Avenue corner Francisco St. and along C-3 Road corner A. Mabini Avenue in Caloocan City. Moreover, Maynilad will put in a new butterfly valve along Northbay Boulevard corner C-3 Road in Navotas City. These activities are expected to improve water pressure in parts of Caloocan, Navotas, Malabon, and Manila, aside from efficiently managing the water supply in the West zone. The service improvement projects will take place on April 14, from 10 p.m. to 1 p.m. of April 15, and interrupt water services in Barangays 1 to 20, 22 and 28 in Caloocan City; Barangay North Bay Boulevard South and San Rafael Village in Navotas City; Barangay Longos, Paradise Viilage and Gozon Compound in Malabon City and Balut, in Tondo, Manila. Maynilad is advising customers in these areas to store enough water for the duration of the service improvement project.
