MAYNILAD is upgrading its pipe network in Manila as part of its continuous effort to improve water services in the West Zone

Activities:
1.    Replacement of 900mm. gate valve to a new 900mm. butterfly valve along R. Magsaysay corner Nagtahan in Sampaloc, Manila.
2.    Replacement of 1000mm. gate valve to a new 1000mm. butterfly valve along R. Magsaysay corner A.H. Lacson in Sampaloc, Manila.
3.    CCTV investigation of the Legarda mainline.

THIS PROJECT WILL TEMPORARILY AFFECT WATER SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

1.    University Belt area bounded by Quezon boulevard, Lerma, España, Moret, Loyola , Galicia, Earnshaw, San Anton, G. Tuazon, Lacson, Legarda and Recto.
2.    Malacañang , Bay Bridge Subdivision and Quiapo area bounded by Quezon boulevard, Recto, Legarda, Nagtahan and Pasig River.
3.    Ramon Magsaysay boulevard and PUP area bounded by G. Tuazon, Phil. National Railway, Pasig River, Nagtahan - Lacson.

Low Pressure Areas:

Manila:
1.    Pandacan
2.    Paco
3.    Ermita
4.    Malate
5.    Portion of Sta. Ana

Makati:
1.     Palanan
2.    San Isidro
3.     Pio del Pilar
4.    Bangkal

Pasay:
1.    San Roque
2.    Sta Clara
3.    San Rafael
4.    San Jose
5.    San Isidro

Maynilad is advising customers in these areas to store enough water for the duration of the water service interruption.
