Cadet Engineer Program | MAYNILAD WATER SERVICES, INC.

Maynilad’s Cadet Engineer Program is a combination of classroom studies and on-the-job training.

The six-month program begins with a general company orientation, followed by a series of lectures on the different divisions that comprise the company. A 15-week internship program then succeeds these lectures.
During this time, the cadets will be assigned to the various divisions so they can experience first-hand the operations of Maynilad. The last and most critical part of the program will be the special project, which they will work on, present and defend against a panel.

Cadets who exhibit remarkable potential will be called upon to assume more challenging roles in the company.

Qualifications for Maynilad’s Cadet Engineer Program (CODE: GEN-CEP)
• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Must be board passers of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitation, and Chemical Engineering, or graduates of Industrial and/or Management Engineering
• With very good writing, presentation and oral communication skills
• Should manifest thought leadership and critical thinking
• With very good listening and questioning skills
• Accurate, thorough, and organized
