Conducts field investigation of commercial and technical issues; recommends courses of action and prepares and submits reports. Assists in the monitoring of all-works projects, collection efficiency, active/inactive accounts; collects special accounts/accounts receivables. Receives and resolves on-site complaints and provides non-technical assistance to the customers.
• Graduate of any four-year course; preferably engineering or business-related course
• With good interpersonal skills and can handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests
• Computer literate
• Must be willing to work in the field
