2. Check payments should be payable to: MAYNILAD WATER SERVICES, INC. At the back of the check, write Contract Account Number, Account Name, Address, Check Drawer and Contact Number.
3. Pay on or before due date. Payment made after due date will be subject to Late Payment Penalty Charges (LPPC).
